Urbanomics Consulting Group® · The EverGreene Method™ Coaching

Your next role may not begin with a title.

The Next Chapter Compass™ helps accomplished leaders uncover the productive tensions, desired contribution, career capital, and future reputation that can reveal — and help position them for — their next chapter.

How the Assessment Works

“When you cannot name the next role, identify the tensions that can reveal it.”

Your next chapter requires more than a destination. It requires a reputation that gives others confidence to trust you with it.

How the assessment works

Begin with the tensions, not the title.

Every polarity represents two legitimate orientations. You are never told that you permanently are one pole. For each tension you assess where you operate today, where you are drawn next, and how much range your future will require.

Career Polarities

Eighteen executive career tensions rated for current reality, future pull, and required range.

Mandate & Capital

The work you want to own, the level at which you want it felt, and the career capital that should travel forward.

Future Reputation

Eight leadership reputation dimensions across Strategic Contribution, Identity, and Visibility — with an honest evidence read.

This is for you if

The vocabulary that carried your career this far may not be large enough to describe what comes next.

  • Can explain their career history but struggle to describe what they want next
  • Know that the obvious promotion is no longer the complete answer
  • Want greater impact but are uncertain what form it should take
  • Are considering advancement, reinvention, entrepreneurship, advisory work, or a portfolio career
  • Feel that their current reputation captures only part of their leadership value
  • Are overperforming but may be under-perceived
  • Need stronger language for conversations with sponsors, recruiters, coaches, and trusted advisors
  • Know what they no longer want but have not translated that insight into a future direction
  • Want to understand what they must become known for to access their desired future

What you will receive

A working architecture for your next chapter.

Not a type, not a score, not a job match — a set of instruments you can use with coaches, sponsors, recruiters, and your own judgment.

Methodology

The Next Chapter Compass™ uses polarity thinking, systems thinking, narrative coaching, and professional leadership reputation strategy to explore the interdependent values and emerging choices that shape an accomplished leader's next chapter. It does not reduce the leader to a type. It illuminates movement: where the leader operates today, what is pulling them forward, what reputation currently surrounds their work, and what contribution, identity, visibility, and evidence their future may require.

Privacy

Your career reflections and leadership reputation results are sensitive. Individual results remain private unless you explicitly choose to share them.
